Storage Instructions:

Our jerky is packaged with a 100cc deoxidizer in vacuum-sealed, mylar inner-layer pouches to maintain freshness.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days for optimal flavour and texture.

Great snack. A little tough for my liking but with water it should be alright. Both OG and Cayenne Kick are good, but be warned the Cayenne has a good kick to it!

The toughness varies a little from batch to batch as its fairly difficult to get the same consistency everytime, but we are definitely working on getting it perfect.
Nothing to complain about. 5 stars all round. Keep it coming

I have to say thank you - I love the size and cuts of the meat - it’s easy to eat also we appreciate the zip lock top bag it came in to close for storage till your next nibble! Such a delight to taste! We’ve been recommending it to our friends and family but need more stock so they can try it! Such a great snack!
